Awareness Heals!!

Re-dedicated myself to practicing mindfulness.

Got up feeling pretty good, but later, there were some periods of tiredness, some weak feelings in the heart area, some tension, some aches and pains.

My habitual thing would be to make stories out of that: to complain, to think I need to stop and chill out, to wonder why those things are happening, etc.

But I remembered mindfulness: to just feel the sensations! To be here now with the experience!

When I did that, the stories, the conversations, the thinking faded out, and the pure sensations remained.

Feeling into the sensations of tiredness, tension, etc., I felt my body relax. It was ok to feel that! And then the feelings transformed - the body relaxed, slowed down, and I felt ok!
